The 84 graciously decorated and exquisitely furnished suites of The Royal Palm are all sea facing and situated within abundant tropical gardens, providing a sense of change of scenery.
The spacious Junior Suites, situated either on ground or first floor, have one double bedroom, a lounge area opening onto a private balcony or terrace and a luxurious bathroom featuring marble tops, huge walk-in showers, bath tubs and a dressing area.
The larger, sumptuous Palm Suites are located on the ground floor and provide double access to your private terrace. The suite consists of a large bedroom, a living room with an additional desk area and a beautiful appointed bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.
The Garden Suites, facing the sea are located on the ground floor. The suite offers two bedrooms and a living area opening onto the terrace. The second room has an en suite shower room and twin beds, ideal for two small children.
The newly refurbished Senior Suites offer two bedrooms and a living room opening onto a terrace or balcony. The master bedroom is equipped with a dressing room and a spacious bathroom. The smaller room, equipped with a shower and separate toilet, is ideal for a child.
Located on the first floor, the Tropical Suites are equipped with a large bedroom, living room with an additional desk area, a private terrace and stairs giving direct access to the beach.
The Penthouse, on the second floor, comprises of a bedroom with a splendid bathroom and a huge living room overlooking the balcony with a wonderful view on the ocean.
The prestigious Presidential Suites, situated on the top floor, have two bedrooms equipped with superb bathrooms, on each side of a huge living room and a spacious terrace that offers a breathtaking view over the Indian Ocean
For the ultimate in space and luxury, the Royal Palm boasts a fantastic Royal Suite, covering an area of 300 square meters on three levels and set in ultimate exquisite style, in a secluded spot for privacy.
The suite comprises of a living room and kitchen on the ground level, a first bedroom on the mezzanine, equipped with a hammam adjacent to its large bathroom, a spacious and tastefully furnished master bedroom on the top floor equipped with two separate dressing rooms and a beautifully equipped modern bathroom.
In addition, the suite offers a private garden, a magnificent terrace featuring a wooden deck, a shaded area furnished for comfort and relaxation under wooden shingles and a Jacuzzi equipped private pool.
All suites are equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning, telephone with direct access and cordless phone, lines for fax and email, individual safe, TV with movie channels, mini bar, hair dryer, bathroom supplies, a visitor’s toilet (except for Junior Suites) and a lift servicing all three floors, situated next to the Reception. |

The main restaurant of The Royal Palm, La Goelette, serves gourmet Creole and fine international dishes from an à la carte menu, and features a romantic terrace overlooking the ocean. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Set under a magnificent shady Badamier tree, Le Bar Plage Restaurant offers a wide choice of succulent chef’s salads using fresh local produce, grills and pastries.
For a lighter, healthy dining, the Natureaty Restaurant, nestled in the garden of the Spa, offers a flavorful and revitalizing experience, including creating refreshing teas from freshly-plucked leaves.
La Table du Capitaine, a 10-seats dining room offers an amazing private dining experience with friends and family.
Guests may also enjoy a leisurely breakfast or an enchanting dinner à deux on their balcony or terrace, served by a personal waiter.

At the Royal Palm, staff outnumbers guests three to one, and it shows in every aspect of the impeccable service the guests enjoy.
Hotel Interchange: if the length of your stay is 9 nights or longer, you may elect to spend 2 nights in another Beachcomber hotel. This is arranged once you are in Mauritius and is subject to availability at the time. Supplements are payable.
The hotel has a well equipped Departure Day room with showers and dressing room for your complimentary use.

Mauritius is one of the few luxury holiday destinations that welcomes children with true hospitality. The Beachcomber resorts strive to make your Mauritian holiday as relaxing and enjoyable as possible, and that includes the kids. The Bob Marlin Club provides all day activities that are supervised by experienced child minders, and it is not uncommon for children to maintain ties with Mauritius by correspondence with their 'nanny'.
Beachcomber have a Bob Marlin club at all resorts with suitable qualified staff to ensure a wonderful holiday for both parents and children. Please note that the Royal Palm only operates the Bob Marlin club during European school holidays.
There is such a great variety of activities for the children each day that choices are varied. Children have the freedom to partake in activities of particular interest while deciding to leave out others. If they prefer to do their own thing for any part of the day, there is no obligation to remain with the club for every activity. In this way, Beachcomber promise to provide children with as much choice as parents as to the kind of holiday they want. Do they want to relax? Then try shell decorating, painting, or drawing competitions. Maybe they would like to try some exciting sports? Then they can join us for water polo, mini olympics on the beach, or have a supervised lesson of tennis or water skiing. A weekly programme of activities is provided so that children and parents can devise a schedule, if necessary.
Always welcome and are lavished with the attention given to lords and ladies. During European school holidays, special dining facilities and child minders are available to ensure that the children enjoy their holidays as much as their parents.
Bob Marlin mini-club welcomes children between 3 and 12 years old.
