We fell in love with 20° Sud managed by Anne and Michel, the new owners, both of whom know how to make your stay an unforgettable experience... A unique opportunity in Mauritius. Its strongest features are : its ideal location, its intimate atmosphere that makes you feel at home, its elegant decoration and the delicacy of its delicious cuisine. |

28 rooms, all with a view of the sea, and equipped with bathroom and traditional tub, shower and a separate toilet, telephone, air conditioning, flat screen TV with satellite channels, ADSL access to Internet, minibar, safe, terrace or balcony. |

Complimentary Leisure Activities
Windsurfing, Hobbie-Cat, waterskiing (free until 31st October only), snorkeling. Nearby are sea kayaks, glass-bottom boats, access to a Turkish bath, sauna and Jacuzzi in the spa, library, board games. A handsome traditional canoe will take you free of charge to the town centre of Grand Baie, the Sunset, just 5 minutes away by boat (shops, bars, restaurants etc). |

In house : diving, massages and body care at the spa, lifting parachute, cruises in sail boats, speed boat excursions Outside : big game fishing, 9-hole golf course at Trou aux Biches (5 min), kite surfing, underwater excursions and discovery of the undersea flora and fauna in a submarine, fitness centre.
